When you order products or services, Panda Nook may collect your credit/debit card information, secured using industry-standard encryption. This information is used solely to complete your order.
You agree not to remove or modify any copyright or intellectual property notices in the Services. You will not use the Services for resale, service bureau, time-sharing or similar purposes.
You agree not to use the Services in any way that is unlawful or harms Panda Nook, its service providers, suppliers, partners, or any other user. You agree not to distribute spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes. You agree not to impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
Panda Nook will connect you with various vendors to assist you. You may work directly with vendors on services purchased through Panda Nook. Any referrals you make shall be sent only to Panda Nook, not to vendors directly.
Automated queries (including screen scraping, spiders, robots, crawlers) are strictly prohibited unless you have received express written permission from Panda Nook. Publicly available search engines may query the Services to the extent permitted by applicable copyright law.
Some Services implement Google Maps. Your use of Google Maps is subject to Google's terms of use.
Panda Nook leverages various third-party software and technology, subject to their respective terms.
For materials you post or provide ("your Submission"), you grant Panda Nook an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free worldwide license to use, copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, reproduce, edit, modify, and translate your Submission in connection with the Services.
You are solely responsible for all Submissions made through your account. You may not share your account with others. Panda Nook will treat your use of the Services in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
You understand and agree to all applicable MLS Terms of Use.
The Services include links to third-party products, services and websites. Panda Nook does not endorse and takes no responsibility for such third-party materials. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and such third party.
Panda Nook respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your work has been reproduced in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, notify our copyright agent at [email protected] with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) identification of the infringing material, (c) your contact information, and (d) a signed statement of accuracy and good faith belief.
Panda Nook reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance. Panda Nook may alter, suspend or discontinue the Services at any time without notice.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. You agree to submit to exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts in Lake County, Illinois. The prevailing party in any dispute is entitled to attorneys' fees and expenses.
You agree to defend and hold Panda Nook, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
You release Panda Nook, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from all liability related to claims you may assert against any third party arising out of the Services.
You agree not to export any part of the Services except in compliance with applicable export laws. If any part of these Terms is determined invalid, the remainder continues in effect. Panda Nook may assign this Agreement at any time. You may not assign your rights. Sections 3, 6, and 7 through 10 survive termination.
