Description
This updated 1920's Four Square has a lot of charm, with its beautiful open stairway, hardwood floors, leaded glass windows, five panel doors and newly reconstructed front porch. As you enter, you see the beautiful staircase that adorns the living room with hardwood floors and large windows. The dining room has a bow window with a comfy window seat and two original cabin light oval windows. The kitchen is open to the formal dining room and has been updated with quartz counter tops and has a walk up pantry. Three large bedrooms are on the upper level of the home as well as a large updated bath with built in storage. The walk-up attic is a bonus space for lots of storage. The basement is partly finished with two rooms that could be storage, a den or a workout space. The back yard is big enough for a garage and also has a space for a garden which is currently planted in wild flowers.
